Since the Maria Cecília Souto Vidigal (FMCSV) is a family foundation, which manages and implements funds aimed at public welfare, it feels obliged to fulfill its task and provide accountability to society regarding how the financial resources are managed and used.
The first step towards ensuring excellence in its processes is to maintain a highly professional team, with access to training and ongoing updates.
This team works to make FMCSV’s vision a reality, ensuring that:
1) the Asset Management Fund is carried out in order to generate the highest return possible within the context of the local and international economic scenario and in comparison with predefined benchmarks.
2) all FMCSV programs and projects undergo a rigorous evaluation process to make sure that the impact is achieved.
3) all the work done by FMCSV is systematized through Knowledge Management so it can be replicated and turned into common heritage for society.
