KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

The Maria Cecília Souto Vidigal Foundation is defined as an intelligence organization, in other words, the raw material of its work is knowledge. FMCSV generates knowledge through its programs and projects. This tested and proven knowledge is collected, made available and disseminated so it can be easily used by individuals, applied by professionals and community workers and incorporated to public policies.

In addition to making this management process with the knowledge generated through its program, FMCSV also does the same with data and information already available in the media as well as sources of more difficult access, such as laboratories, libraries or in the academy.

In other words, FMCSV is focused on knowledge management. Not only are its areas of expertise organized according to the steps of the knowledge spiral, but FMCSV adopts internal processes and a management model characteristic of an intelligence organization.
