RESEARCH INCENTIVE

Part of FMCSV’s mission is to generate knowledge for full child development and the Foundation knows that an essential part of the knowledge generation process lies in research projects; therefore, it has decided to support research activities.

The first step in this direction was taken in October 2010 when FMCSV approached the São Paulo State Research Support Foundation (Fapesp), the largest state entity aimed at developing research in Brazil and the country’s most renowned institution in this sector. Together the foundations created a financing line aimed solely at studies to enhance knowledge processes in development experiments with children under three years of age.
