What distinguishes an organization from another that has a similar mission is its set of pursued and practiced values.


The values ​​indicate the "paths to be followed" to fulfill the Mission. The values ​​guide the most critical decisions, which are used as reference to solve conflicts and to steer the attitude and behavior of members of an organization.

FMCSV has chosen and cultivates the following values​​:

Common Good

  • Decisions and actions we make based on society’s best interests
Respect
  • We respect the different stakeholders, accepting the free will of those with whom we interact
  • We place in high regard FMCSV and the resources (finances, people, reputation, security and other natural resources) entrusted to us
Social justice
  • We conduct our work objectively and impartially, free from self-interest, prejudice or favoritism
  • We constantly reexamine our objectivity and impartiality in order to correct what is needed
  • We do not hire or fire, reward or punish, award or deny contracts/grants based on favoritism, nepotism or corruption

  • Intelligence (knowledge and communication) is FMCSV’s core management model
