FMCSV's activities are headed and coordinated by the following team of professionals.
 
CEO
Eduardo Queiroz
Degree in Administration by Universidade Paulista college (UNIP) with specialization from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP) and a Master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKS) of which he was a Mason and Lemann Fellow. From 2009 until early 2011, he was a Special Advisor to the Education Secretary of São Paulo State , Professor Paulo Renato Souza. Previously, he served as Executive Director of Outward Bound Mexico and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Outward Bound Brazil (OBB). He is a Volunteer of the Center for Public Leadership collaborating with the development of programs. He has served as Guest Professor in the Continuing Education Program of FGV-SP in the courses for Leadership for Young Talent and Organizational Dynamics.
 
Communication Manager
Andréa Victor Wolffenbüttel
Journalist, graduated from PUC/SP, with a background in Information Technology and System Analysis and specialization in Economics. Has experience in writing for the Estado de S. Paulo newspaper, SBT and CBS News (USA). Managed the Research and Information Center of Gazeta Mercantil. Edited the Challenges of Development magazine published by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Institute of Applied Economic Research (Ipea). Worked as Communications and Content Manager of the Akatu Institute for Conscientious Consumption, and more recently, is heading all the communication and relationship with the press of the Municipal Transport Secretariat of São Paulo, including the Traffic Engineering Company (CET) and public transport management system, SPTrans.
 
Assessment Manager
Eduardo Marino
He is an appraiser and facilitator of social programs. He has worked on programs related to sustainability, environmental conservation, income generation, cancer prevention, youth leadership and continuing education for children and teenagers.
He has provided services for the Kellogg Foundation, the Ayrton Senna Institute,the  Avon Institute, WWF-Brasil, Banco Real, Citibank, Toyota Motors, Canadian International Development Agency, among others. He is the author of "Manual de Avaliação de Projetos Sociais” (The Manual for the Assessment of Social Projects) published by the Ayrton Senna Institute/Editora Saraiva.
He participated in assessment training course given by Western Michigan University – USA and was a fellow of the International Program for the Development of Philanthropy offered by City University of New York. Has an MBA from FEA - USP. He teaches continuing education and MBA courses at CEATS, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Management of Non-Profit Organizations linked to the Foundation Management Institute and CETS, the Center of Studies for Non-Profit Organization of the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
 
Programs Manager
Ely Harasawa
Psychologist, earned a degree from University of São Paulo, with specialization in Child Education from the University of Niigata, Japan. She worked with early childhood education as a the part owner of a nursery and pre-school and as a trainer of teachers for many state prefectures. She was general manager of the Abrinq Foundation for Children’s Rights and served as executive secretary for the Children’s Rights News - ANDI.
 
Project Coordinator
Gabriela Aratangy Pluciennik
Earned a degree in law from PUC-SP, with an MBA in Management and Social Entrepreneurship from the Management Institute Foundation (FIA) and began her career as a lawyer in the tax area. In 2000, she moved to the area of project management for nonprofit organizations. Recently, she worked in the Todos pela Educação (Education for All) Movement as a coordinator of electronic media and in the Center for Entrepreneurship and Management of Non-Profit Organizations (CEATS) as coordinator of partnerships of the Pro-Child Gateway, a virtual environment aimed at promoting the rights of children and teenagers.
 
Technology and Information Coordinator
Lia Aversa
Systems analyst, degree in Data Processing from PUC-RJ. Worked in software and user support for 11 years in large companies, including Manufacturers Hanover, British Petroleum and Engevix Engenharia. For 13 years, she was a partner of a telecommunications consulting company, which had in its portfolio clients such as BNDES, SmithKline Beecham and Generali do Brasil.
 
Financial Coordinator - Endowment Manager
Ricardo Yukio Sueyasu
Earned a degree in Administration from the Economy and Administration College of USP and a Master’s in Business Economics from FGV-SP. He worked as an investment analyst in Gazit Globe, in  the area of M&A. Previously, he worked as an analyst at Caixa Economica Federal in the area of ​​Capital Markets and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the area of Corporate Risk. He has worked for five years as a volunteer at Aliança Beneficente Universitária (ABEUNI).
 
Financial Analyst
Giovana Malavaze Namba
Degree in Economic Sciences from FAAP, in the process of earning her MBA in Economic and Financial Management from FGV-SP. She studied International Relations at Chabot College in California - USA, where she had her first contact with volunteer work. She devoted her career to the Non-Profit Sector in the financial-administrative area. She was a Business Manager at Outward Bound Brazil, a non-profit educational organization that provides outdoor experiential adventures and she served as a Project Coordinator at Ismart, an institute that is dedicated to supporting low-income academic talents.
 
Technical Consultant of the Child Development Program
Saul Cypel
Full professor of Child Neurology at the Medical College of USP and director of INDI, the Institute for Integrated Neuro Development. He was also the assistant of the Neurological Research Institute of London University and is currently a Child Neurologist doctor at Albert Einstein Hospital.
 
Technical Advisor of the Early Childhood Program
Anna Chiesa
Registered nurse by the Nursing School of São Paulo University (EEUSP), specialist in Public Health Nursing from the Public Health College of USP (FSPUSP), Pedagogical Training in Psychodrama through the Psychodrama Technique Study Group (GETEP), with a Masters and a Doctorate degree in Public Health from FSPUSP, Associate Professorship from the Collective Health Nursing Department of EEUSP, Doctorate Course from Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery, King’s College, London. Fellow Productivity in Innovative Technology Development and Extension by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and leader of the research group registered at CNPq "Technical Care and Health Promotion Models."
Coordinator of the implementation of the Family Health Program in São Paulo city between 2001 and 2003. Coordinator of the “Our Children, windows of opportunity” project aimed at child development.
 
Executive Assistant
Mirian Dufour
Served for over twenty years as executive bilingual secretary for French multinationals such as Vidraria Santa Marina and Danone where she was Executive Assistant to the President for 10 years. More than three years as Manager of the French retirement home of the French Charity Association 14 de Julho, subsidized by the French Government. Administrative coordinator of the E-Soft Training Project, self-help training for the corporate routine at Arvoredo - Assessoria em Desenvolvimento in addition to provided assistance to Director, Beatriz Pinheiro, for the completion, editing and launch of the book "Arvoredo - um jeito brasileiro de fazer educação” (a Brazilian way of making education).

Geane Costa Souza de Oliveira
Degree in Accounting, worked as assistant director for nine years at Veneziani Auditores Independentes advising and coordinating the activities of the administrative and financial areas.
 
General Services
Maria Aparecida Galdino
Born in Apodi, Rio Grande do Norte, moved to São Paulo in 1993, where she worked as a an assistant at a print shop, a restaurant and general services company. Has worked at FMCSV for four years ago.
