FMCSV, given its characteristics, which are almost unique in Brazil (a family foundation, whose source of funding is solely and exclusively linked to the management of an Endowment Fund that generates social benefits through the Management of Knowledge), took care to establish a Governance model that was suitable and that could possibly be used as an example for other foundations.
FMCSV’s Governance oversees strategic directions, decision-making processes, quality control and the transparency of its operations, focusing on its core activities: Asset Management, Knowledge Management and Program Management related to the Program Area and to its own internal processes.
