The Audit Committee is the entity that oversees the economic and financial management of FMCSV, examines its accounts, statements and accounting documents, issues opinions and recommends external audits.
It consists of the following members.
Adriana Katalan
Partner of Sicherle Advogados Associados since 2006, Adriana earned her law degree from the Law College of USP (São Francisco) and has a master’s degree also from São Francisco on Agency Theory and the New Corporations Law, linked to Corporate Governance. She participated in several other courses, including at Cornell University, also with lessons on Corporate Governance and also taught several courses. She has published articles in the Journal of Commercial Law and has taught as an assistant under professor Rachel Stajn at São Francisco college. She has worked at the law firms of Machado Meyer, Ulhoa Canto and Sicherle Advogados.
Carlos Alberto Gramani
Economist and accountant, Carlos was a professor of the Continuing Education Program of the Getúlio Vargas Program (PEC – FGV), the Álvares Penteado Trade School Foundation (Fecap) and ESAN. Since 2003 he has dedicated himself entirely to the development and implementation of methods of exclusive Family, Corporate Governance and Family Offices. He has held executive positions in Metal Leve, Johnson & Johnson, Cofap, Tupy, Hewlett-Packard, Camargo Corrêa, Dako and the Marambaia Group. He is a member certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and a member of the Committee of Companies Not Listed in IBGC. He is an advisor of Certisign, the GEP Group and Holding São Joaquim.
Fernando Maida Dall’Acqua
Earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and a Ph.D. in Economic Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA and is a Full Professor in Administration at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Fernando was granted a Fellowship at Michigan State University-USA, Secretary of Finance for the State of São Paulo, a member of the State Privatization Council of the State of São Paulo and an advisor of several organizations in the country. Currently, he is a member of the Management Council and the Audit Committee of ISA-CTEEP (Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista) cteep.com.br coordinator of the Audit Committee of the O Estado de S. Paulo newspaper and member of the Audit Committee of the Pão de Açúcar Group and GLOBEX (Ponto Frio). He is a professor at the SP School of Management - Getúlio Vargas Foundation and a consultant in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, economic, financial and tax assessment.
