BOARDS OF TRUSTEES
 
The Board of Trustees is the highest body of power within FMCSV and its main functions are: ensure the entity's assets and approve the strategies, annual budget, Investment Policy, annual reports, programs and projects that will receive funds. It is incumbent upon the Board of Trustees to respect and enforce the Articles of Organization, the Bylaws, the determinations of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the regulations in force in FMCSV. It is the Board of Trustees that analyzes and makes the decisions related to the guidelines and opinions of the  Audit Committee and the Investment Committee.
 
It consists of the following members.
 
President: Regina Vidigal Guarita
Earned a degree from Escola Panamericana in Communication Art, Publicity Art, Illustration and Design and was the Art and Creation Director of the "Melhor Comunicação e Marketing de incentivo" agency. In 1996, she founded the Arte Despertar (Art Awakening) Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion and development of individuals through art and culture, of which she is the CEO.
 
Board Member: Alexandre G Silva
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University (PUC) of Rio de Janeiro. Has a 40-year career, including 22 as CEO in several companies such as GE Latin America, GE Brasil, Celma, Motortec & Vote, Varig and others. He was President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil (AMCHAM), Vice-President of AACCLA (Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America) and Vice President of the Brazilian Association of Infrastructure Industries (ABDIB). He is currently a Board Member at TAM, ALUPAR, Equatorial Energia, Sabo and Advisor in Brazil of Global Infrastructure Partners. And also Chairman of AMCHAM.
 
Board Member: Guilherme Vidigal Andrade Gonçalves
Lawyer with a degree from the Catholic University (PUC) of São Paulo, with an MBA from the IESE Business School (Spain). He worked at Banco Mercantil de Sao Paulo - Finasa in the areas of retail, international and credit, and was also a member of its Board of Directors. He also worked at Andersen Legal and worked with holding company Souto Vidigal S.A. during its restructuring process. He is currently the director of UV Participações. He has also participated in the "Arte Despertar" Association since 2001 and is currently a member of its Audit Committee.
 
Board Member: Helio Nogueira da Cruz
Earned an M.S. and a Ph.D. from the Economics and Administration College (FEA) of São Paulo University (USP) and Post-Doctorate degree from Yale University/USA. He is a Professor of Technology and Economic Development at FEA-USP, where he also teaches courses in Macroeconomics and Economics of Technology. He was Head of the Department of Economics, FEA/USP (1990-1992), is Coordinator of General Administration of USP, a member of the Board of Trustees of the SEADE Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Economic Research Institute Foundation (FIPE). He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, of which the most recent was related to Institutions of Higher Learning, University Autonomy and University Management, always presenting his own work. He has also taken part in a University Management Course organized by Harvard University and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
 
Board Member: Heloisa Guarita Padilha
Heloisa, who has a degree in Nutrition, is a specialist in Corporate Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), an expert in Exercise Physiology by the Federal University of São Paulo (Unfesp), a specialist in Sports-Related Nutrition by the Brazilian Nutrition Association (Asbran), has a masters in psychobiology from UNIFESP and is a managing partner of RGNutri Consultoria Nutricional and the Grupo Chá projects for quality of life.
 
Board Member: José Luiz Egydio Setubal
Earned a medical degree from the Medical Sciences College of  Santa Casa de São Paulo, did his residency at the Medical College of São Paulo University (USP), with specialization in pediatrics and post graduation from the Medical College of the Federal University of São Paulo State (Unifesp) in "Economics and Health Management." Works as a general pediatrician at a doctor's office and served as the head pediatrician of the Evaldo Foz Hospital until 2004, where he was deputy medical director for two terms and served on several managerial committees and subcommittees and in the medical ethics committee for 10 years. Was Coordinator of the pediatrics area of the "2001 Medical Guidelines Development Project" of Interclínicas. Since October 2005, he has been a partner and holds the position of president of the Sabará S.A. Children's Emergency hospital. He is a member of the Brazilian Pediatrics  Society and the Brotherhood of Santa Casa de Misericordia in São Paulo and vice president of the Tide A. Setubal Foundation.
 
Board Member: Maria Luiza Pacheco Fernandes de Bueno Vidigal
Earned a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from Anhembi Morumbi College. Worked at the Pharmaceutical Institute for the Child (ICr) – Das Clínicas Hospital in São Paulo and at the Anhembi Morumbi Information Center for Drugs and Cosmetics  (Cimam). She attended courses on Corporate Governance at the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute (IBGC), Business Introduction, Pillars of Decision on Corporate Governance, Strategy and Balance Score Card.
