BOARDS AND COMMITTEES

The structure of the Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal Foundation is made up of two Councils, a Trustee and a Fiscal Council, and two committees, an Investment committee and a Communication committee. Both Councils are deliberative and both Committees are advisory. All members of these four entities are volunteers and earn no income for attending the meetings.

The Council of Curators is the highest decision-making entity of FMCSV and is aimed at the wellbeing of the organization and the preservation of the Foundation.

The Fiscal Council analyzes and approves the administrative-financial management of FMCSV and recommends the hiring of external audits.

The Investment Committee is a subsidiary entity of the Administrative and Financial Board regarding the management of the Endowment Fund that supports the activities of FMCSV.

The Communication Committee is an auxiliary entity of FMCSV’s chief executive officer responsible for advising such of the actions of the committee.
